QRtoLead is owned and operated by Aadhi Infotech. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing the dashboard, or using a QRtoLead page, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the policies linked from this page. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

QRtoLead is a digital lead-capture, follow-up, and sales-workflow platform. Customers can create distinct QR or campaign touchpoints for printed promotions, networking meetings, digital campaigns, invoices, office locations, events, and other lawful sources; publish lead pages; manage enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments; maintain a product catalogue; prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders; record payments received from their own customers; export data to accounting software; and view analytics.

The service is delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped by us. Features may depend on third-party infrastructure, messaging, AI, or payment providers.

Quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, tax calculations, and payment records produced in QRtoLead are prepared from information the customer enters. The customer is responsible for their accuracy and for its own tax, invoicing, and accounting compliance. QRtoLead does not collect or hold money on behalf of a customer's buyers and is not a party to any sale between a customer and its buyers.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, limit staff access appropriately, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content, products, claims, QR placements, audience lists, and instructions you configure.

You must collect and use lead information lawfully, provide necessary notices, obtain valid messaging or marketing consent, respect opt-outs, and comply with applicable privacy, consumer, advertising, telecom, and anti-spam requirements.

You must not use QRtoLead for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, or unsolicited activity; impersonate another person; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; evade plan limits; disrupt the service; or use automated outputs without appropriate human review where material decisions or representations are involved.

Current public plan prices and limits are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST or other taxes are shown at checkout or on the invoice and may be added to the listed price.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the interval shown during checkout. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner using UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods it supports; we do not store card or bank credentials. By approving a recurring payment mandate, you authorise scheduled charges until cancellation. Access is activated only after the payment gateway confirms a captured or successful payment. Failed or pending payments do not create paid access.

Plans are limited by the number of active sources, monthly lead allowance and catalogue size shown on the Pricing page and in the dashboard. Enquiries received beyond a monthly allowance continue to be recorded and may be held until the plan is upgraded.

Where offered, a Free plan carries no fee, no payment mandate, and no invoice. We may modify the scope of, or discontinue, the Free plan at any time, with reasonable notice for existing free accounts where practicable; this does not affect paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. Eligibility, request windows, processing times, duplicate payments, and service-delivery failures are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Digital access is normally provisioned immediately after successful payment and may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, internet conditions, or force-majeure events can temporarily affect availability.

You retain ownership of lawful content and lead data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for all submitted content and processing instructions.

QRtoLead software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to Aadhi Infotech or its licensors. Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term and does not transfer ownership.

Payment, messaging, hosting, AI, and other integrations are governed by their providers' terms and availability. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, but we will provide reasonable support for issues affecting QRtoLead. Customers remain responsible for third-party fees and approvals applicable to their own accounts.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, material breach, or risk to users or the platform. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a specific number of scans, leads, replies, or sales outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to the paid service will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise a complaint under our Grievance Redressal Policy so we can attempt a prompt resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction in Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or registered contact details where reasonably practicable.
