Free gives you one active source with no time limit, no card on file, and no invoice, because nothing is charged. Free stays free for as long as one active source covers what you need. There is no trial period and no automatic conversion to a paid plan — you choose when to upgrade from your dashboard.

Paid plan prices are stated in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice. The final payable amount is displayed clearly before you approve payment.

Annual billing is available on Starter (₹5,090 per year), Growth (₹15,290 per year), and Business (₹50,990 per year), which is 15% less than twelve monthly payments. Enterprise is billed monthly from ₹19,999.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner and can be made by UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. Paid subscriptions renew automatically using the authorised payment method (e-mandate / UPI Autopay) at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Plan access begins immediately after successful payment authorization.

An active source is a distinct QR or campaign touchpoint used to identify where a lead came from, such as a printed advertisement, networking meeting, social campaign, invoice, office entrance, exhibition, or other placement. The monthly lead allowance is 50 on Free, 250 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Business, and 50,000 on Enterprise, and resets at the billing boundary shown in the dashboard. WhatsApp conversations are unlimited on every plan. The product catalogue holds 5 products on Free, 10 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 250 on Business, and is unlimited on Enterprise.

Lead capture is never switched off when an allowance is reached. Enquiries received beyond the monthly allowance are recorded and held, and become available when you upgrade.

You can upgrade at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Enterprise needs can vary. Contact sales before purchase if you require custom limits, multiple teams, onboarding, or contractual service terms. Current checkout details govern the transaction if a displayed plan has been updated.

Charges from third parties for services you connect yourself — for example, WhatsApp Business Platform conversation fees billed by Meta to your own account — are not part of QRtoLead plan prices. The AI sales assistant is in early access and is not included in any plan.

You may cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Access ordinarily remains available through the paid period. Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
